By accessing or using Bazaar3D (bazaar3d.com) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and businesses listed in the directory.
2. What Bazaar3D Is
Bazaar3D is an independent online directory of USA-based 3D printing service bureaus. We provide information about service bureaus to help buyers find manufacturing partners. Bazaar3D is not a marketplace, broker, or intermediary — we do not facilitate transactions between buyers and bureaus. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any bureau listed in the directory unless explicitly stated.
3. Accuracy of Information
Bureau information in the directory is sourced from publicly available data and bureau submissions. Bazaar3D makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any listing. We strongly recommend independently verifying a bureau's certifications, capabilities, and credentials before engaging them for any project. Bazaar3D is not responsible for any decisions made based on information in the directory.
4. Bureau Listings
Bureaus listed in the directory: — May be listed based on publicly available information without prior consent — Can claim their listing by contacting admin@bazaar3d.com — Can request updates or corrections to their listing at any time — Can request complete removal from the directory at any time — Are responsible for the accuracy of any information they submit Bazaar3D reserves the right to list, modify, or remove any bureau listing at our sole discretion. Listing in the directory does not imply endorsement or recommendation by Bazaar3D.
5. Tier Classification
Bureau tier classifications (Tier 1 Industrial, Tier 2 Professional, Tier 3 Independent) are assigned by Bazaar3D based on publicly available information and submitted data. Tier classifications are our editorial judgment and do not constitute a certification, endorsement, or guarantee of quality. Bazaar3D reserves the right to change tier classifications at any time. Bureaus may request a tier review by contacting admin@bazaar3d.com.
6. User Conduct
When using Bazaar3D you agree not to: — Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent bureau information — Attempt to manipulate search results or tier classifications — Scrape, copy, or reproduce directory data for commercial purposes without permission — Use the directory for spam, solicitation, or harassment of listed bureaus — Attempt to interfere with the operation of the site
7. Intellectual Property
The Bazaar3D name, logo, design, and original content are the property of Bazaar3D. Bureau names, logos, and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners. The compilation and organization of directory data is the intellectual property of Bazaar3D. You may not reproduce or redistribute directory data without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Bazaar3D is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of bureau listings. Use of the directory is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bazaar3D and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the directory, including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on bureau listing information, failed business transactions, or service quality disputes with listed bureaus.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bazaar3D and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your submission of false or misleading information.
11. Opt-Out and Removal
Any bureau listed in the directory may request removal at any time by submitting a request through our opt-out page or by emailing admin@bazaar3d.com from a verified business email address. Removal requests will be processed within 10 business days. Bazaar3D reserves the right to verify the identity of the requester before processing removal.
12. Donations
Bazaar3D accepts voluntary donations through Buy Me a Coffee to support ongoing development and maintenance. Donations are not required to use the directory and do not provide any special access, placement, or benefits. All donations are final and non-refundable.
13. Changes to Terms
Bazaar3D reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from use of Bazaar3D shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
